Leave the M4 motorway at Junction 29. Follow the A48(M) into Cardiff, which will become the A48. Exit the A48 onto the A4232 towards Cardiff(E) and Cardiff Bay, then take the first left off the roundabout, which will put you onto the A4161. After you pass CityLink Shopping (Argos, Mothercare) and some houses, turn left (you should shortly see and pass the Royal Oak pub on your right). Continue straight to join Beresford Road, and keep going straight on, over the bridge. After the zebra crossing where the road narrows, turn right (you should see and pass Ema Balti on your left). Continue straight on Carlisle Street. At the crossroads, go straight across to stay on Carlisle Street, which becomes Sanquhar Street. At the T-junction, turn left onto Windsor Road, then go straight on at the roundabout, signposted Ocean Park. You are now on Ocean Way. Take the first right onto East Moors Road, and then second left (T-junction) to stay on East Moors Road. After you pass the large grey building with two entrances on your left, look out for the sign for East Moors Business Park, and turn left into here. Ocean Arts is in Unit 2. You have arrived!
