Each year our tutors are hand picked. This only happens after they have been silently scrutinised and watched from a distance. Tutors should not only have the ability to perform, but to teach as well.

We trawl around other festivals and workshops, watching technique and learning myself. there will be some great tutors in the future too, but that's always open to discussion!
